We are home in Nova Scotia eagerly awaiting the end of the nasty viruses that have plagued our family for the past month. Declan has a pretty bad respiratory virus, we need to get him healthy so he is transplantable soon. Right now he is on hold on the donor list:(
Tim is a suitable LRD (living related donor) for Declan and we are praising God for this miracle.
I am bone tired, but filled with hope and so much love.

Hi Melissa, glad you made it home safely. I think I caught Declan’s cold….sniff. But it was well worth it to spend a few hours with you guys. So happy to hear that Tim is go to donate, so rest up you guys, enjoy sleeping in your own bed, take turns napping and try to sneak a few moments to yourselves for some stress busting.
