{just a mother}

From the very lips of society I am deemed “just a mother”

Often over looked, misunderstood and undervalued

But uttered from the very lips of my child “Mother” is a sweet song unto my ears

~a vocation of the heart~

    Many do, without a lot of thoughtfulness, utter the “Just a mother” phrase, yet not everyone under values….. I always respected and appreciated how much time effort and love your mom dedicated to you and David. I do the same now as I watch you with Sydney. You have followed, in terms of dedication and love, the footsteps of your mom, who like all of us are always doing our best. While I struggle to balance teaching and “momming” I too put my all into what I care about. Much love and to each her own. I’ll call you soon, Love Aunt Les

    Being a mother is the best job in the world, but can be difficult and wonderful all at the same time…your love for Syd, is in everyone’s eyes as they watch you two together…you and David are the best things in my life…love mom xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
